Disabled Access

We provide disabled access at our practice. There are two surgeries located on the ground floor, allowing easy access for patients with mobility needs. A ground floor bathroom is also available. If you require any additional assistance during your visit, please let a member of our team know and we will be happy to help.

Appointment Information

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so we can offer the time to another patient. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

We operate a zero-tolerance policy towards abusive or violent behaviour. Any patient who behaves in an abusive, threatening, or violent manner will not be treated at our practice.

Any act of violence against a member of our staff will be reported to the police.

Payment Policy

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Please note that no further appointments will be scheduled until any outstanding balance has been fully settled. We accept payment by cash or card. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment; failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
